H2B Program
The H-2B program allows U.S. employers or U.S. agents who meet specific regulatory requirements to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary non-agricultural jobs. The program’s main objective is to fill job positions in the United States of America on the condition that employers are unable to find locals who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work. The temporary need must be either seasonal, peak load, intermittent, or one-time.
Requirement for Workers:

Be able to complete a task that the employer requires

Must be able to pass an interview

Good command of the English language

- Copy of the passport biodata page
- Two (2) passport-sized photos ( should NOT be embossed or certified)
- Medical
- Police Record
